About the Role
We are seeking a talented Project-Based Revit Architect & BIM Consultant to join ERENDERS on high-profile architectural engagements. This flexible, project-driven role focuses on developing bespoke Revit families, complex architectural models, and precision technical drawings for international luxury developments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and optimize parametric Revit families for diverse architectural projects.
Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including interior studios, contractors, and visualization experts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.
Contribute to innovative design solutions that enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with hands-on experience in family creation.
Knowledge of CAD, BIM workflows, and 3D visualization tools.
Solid understanding of construction processes and technical detailing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
